Then, the details about your property are uploaded to the multiple listing service, along with a photo tour, for exposure to real estate professionals and all buyers interested in this area. When it makes sense, we also use video tours–mini movies of the property which play over the Internet- to give prospective buyers here or anywhere around the world a better idea of its appeal. These tour can also be distributed on DVD or CD-ROMs.

Wherever, whenever they can log on to our Website, all parties to the sale simply enter an assigned password to monitor progress toward closing, correspond and collaborate, review contracts and documents, update records or scheduling.
