Since it's founding in 1989, Center Hill Realty has consistently been the DeKalb County market leader in real estate
sales and services. Broker/owner Robin Driver is a third generation real estate professional, following in the
footsteps of his grandfather, community leader James G. "Bobo" Driver, and his father Don Driver. Don's 40
years of extensive experience encompasses all aspects of real estate as a broker, appraiser, contractor,
developer, property manager and auctioneer.
From its offices in Smithville and Silver Point, the Center Hill Realty team serves all of the Center Hill
Lake region and Dekalb County and neighboring communities.
Robin grew up in Smithville and around the lake and is known as "The Lake Specialist". His extensive experience
includes building custom lake homes, developing upscale communities, as well as sales of home and property.
Through it all, he has consistently strived to preserve the area's unique quality and high standards while
making lake living an accessible option for many more people.
But Center Hill Lake represents only one aspect of the successful real estate company Robin has built and staffed
with the area's top real estate professionals. His firm and agents also specialize in sales of residential homes
and commercial property, as well as farm land and lots throughout DeKalb County and the surrounding area. Their

Today the company operates out of two offices: its Smithville headquarters on West Broad St. where the focus
is on the lake as well as homes and property throughout DeKalb County and the surrounding areas, and the Silver
Point office, off I-40 at exit 273, conveniently located for lake visitors and also headquarters for Center Hill
Chalets, which specializes in short term vacation home, cabin and condo rentals on the lake.
